Company Introduction

Dongguan Sanhui Machinery was founded in 2007, we are a manufacturer specialized in R&D and production Hydraulic system of construction machinery. DEKA is a legal and famous brand registered by us.

We have advanced facilities and technique to ensure production, in Suzhou and Dongguan China respectively set up a manufacturing industrial park, China Dongguan factory covers an area of 30,000㎡, China Suzhou factory covers an area of 15,000㎡, set up a raw material processing workshop, assembly workshop, testing workshop, testing laboratory, after-sales maintenance workshop, large storage facilities etc.

We ensure that we have sufficient capacity to provide timely delivery to our customers all over world. The factory is equipped with more than 100 sets high-end precision machines, including OKUMA CNC machines, grinders, lathes, drilling machines, heat treatment lines and 10 advanced assembly lines, capable of producing 100,000 hydraulic pumps per year.

We ensure that every product is 100% tested before leaving the factory. The factory is equipped with 20 hydraulic test tables, Zeiss three-dimensional testing equipment, metallographic analyzer, surface hardness tester, surface flatness tester, film thickness tester and other advanced testing equipment, and has passed the ISO9001 international certification.

We have professional R&D team, with more than 10 top hydraulic industry experts and a group of experienced engineers. In order to acquire advanced and professional technology, We hired hydraulic experts from Kawasaki, Japan to train us.

We have established a premium after-sales services system, in China, we are cooperating with 32 provinces. In Yunnan, Wuhan, Shenzhen, Hangzhou etc set up after-sales service stations.

1.what is your lead time?
A: Around 2 days from stock, and 15 days new make

2.What will you do if you receive quality complaint?
A：Reply within 24 hours and we will check the same stock. If it confirms the product has quality problem , we will make corresponding compensate.

3.What is your warranty period for the supplied parts?
A：6 months guarantee for the assy products. Spare parts have no warranty period, if you receive any defective spare parts, please take photos and video to contact us immediately, after confirmation, we will give the same value discount in the new order or provide new qualified products in the next repeat orders.
